We are open from 7.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
We are open all year round but closed for 2 days at Christmas and 2 days at New Year.

If you would like to register your child, we suggest that you call us to make an appointment for a visit first. We always like to make sure you have had an opportunity to see the setting first hand before deciding. If you have already visited previously, e-mail us, call or pop in for a registration form, or download it from our website.

Under 2        =    1 staff member to 3 children
Aged 2 – 3        =    1 staff member to 5 children
Aged 3 – 5        =    1 staff member to 8 children

 

Comforter if required / Indoor shoes / Change of clothes / Sun hat in warmer months / Hat, Scarf, Gloves, Waterproofs & Wellies in colder months / Medication if required

Yes, there is a £100 deposit to secure your child’s place with us, which will be returned upon your child leaving the nursery.

Fees are due monthly in advance and can be paid by cash or Standing Order.  Our bank details are available on request. Payments are due before the 1st/start of every month.

All children are individual, as are all parents. What works for one family may not work for another.So we will discuss with you, the best way to go about it with your child. Usually we will arrange for a settling in visit where you stay with your child for maybe an hour or so.For the next visit, you may wish to leave your child for a short while and then depending on how they cope, you may wish to leave your child over lunchtime or sleep time.  If a child is finding it particularly difficult we may extend the number of settling in sessions and length of time you leave them. We will always call you to come back if they need you. Rest assured, we will liaise with you at all times about all aspects of settling in.

When your child is eligible for funding, we ask you to complete a funding contract, which is then submitted to Perth & Kinross Council.  On acceptance of this, we automatically receive the funding for your child.  The remainder of your child’s fees are then calculated, minus the funded amount.  

Yes, we are registered with several different voucher schemes, and so if your employer has offered this to you, let us know the name of the voucher company and we can give you the information you need. If we are not registered with that particular company we will register to enable you to pay in this way.

By law we must keep an accurate record of children’s attendance. If your child is absent for any reason, please call and let us know the reason why. If your child is ill, there are certain exclusion times which may apply eg. 48 hrs for diarrhea and vomiting.  Please clarify with us when reporting your child’s absence.
